# Tessallite Source Available Scope Notes

Tessallite Community source is source-available under the governing source
license in the root `LICENSE` file.

## Scope

The source-available license applies only to files intentionally published in
the public Tessallite Community repository and not marked with another license.

It does not apply to:

- proprietary license manager implementations;
- gateway guard/admission modules;
- internal request-token issuer/verifier modules when shipped as proprietary
  runtime components;
- model-service policy modules or compiled model-service builds when shipped as
  proprietary runtime components;
- license issuer/signing systems;
- private release/signing automation;
- optional optimizer, acceleration planner, aggregate/pocket matcher, exactness
  validator, aggregate/pocket rewrite, and related proprietary modules;
- customer-specific Enterprise artifacts;
- container images, VM images, appliance images, or release bundles except to
  the extent they expressly include source-available files;
- Tessallite trademarks, logos, brand assets, domain names, and product marks.

If a file has its own license header or is listed in `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md`,
that more specific notice controls for that file or third-party component.
