Licensing

Community is free to run. Source-available explains the code terms.

Tessallite separates runtime use from source-code rights. Community Edition is the free self-hosted product you can evaluate and run within its signed licence limits and release configuration. Source-available means selected source files can be viewed, studied, and used under Tessallite's source terms.

Community Edition

Community Edition is the free, self-hosted edition activated by a signed local licence file. It is designed for evaluation, proof of value, training, development, and small internal use.

  • Full product surface for evaluation.
  • Control-plane limits such as tenants, users, and models.
  • Source terms explain review, evaluation, and internal development rights.

Enterprise Edition

Enterprise is the commercial path for production teams that need broader entitlements, deployment support, SSO, support terms, and security evidence under a written agreement.

  • Custom annual licence.
  • Production packaging and deployment options.
  • Commercial support and assurance material.

Source-available code

Some Community source may be published for review and internal evaluation. The source terms explain what is allowed for internal use and when a separate commercial agreement is needed.

Where the legal files live

The reference documents are under the website legal folder and are linked from the licence centre. The version shipped with a signed release bundle remains the authoritative copy for that release.
